Tahoe Home

It’s not often designers are asked to design a home in Tahoe that doesn’t have winter cabin vibes.  Quite the opposite, our task with this 10,000 square foot home was to design a light, bright summer lake home that could host a large extended family, with it’s many generations of kids and grandkids.  The property sits on a beautiful stretch of beach on the West shore of Lake Tahoe, with each room in the home positioned to enjoy views of the lake. The indoor/outdoor flow was key, as was designing each space to be practical, comfortable, and timeless.
