Stinson Beach Home

On a stretch of highly coveted coastline, this home sits just a stone’s throw from the ocean. The sand dunes hug the home, which was designed with that in mind, floors to match the color of sand and windows that drew your attention to the views more than the interior. This was a full renovation of a FEMA home, and we touched all aspects of the finishes and furnishings. Designed with durability, comfort, and organic materials in mind, this is anemia  home meant to be used by kids, dogs, and a steady rotation of guests. Just as a beach house should be.
