Santa Rosa Modern Mediterranean

Perched on a beautiful hilltop between Santa Rosa and Calistoga lies this special property, home to Petrichor Vineyards and the home of our lovely clients.  LND was hired to transform the detached pool house into a private tasting room, with a guest room and new bathroom. In the main house, we gutted the kitchen and updated the entry for optimal flow and a more modern aesthetic. And outdoors, we created new seating + dining areas for vineyards guests and tasting dinners.  The aesthetic was driven by Mediterranean influences and an eclectic sensibility, with furnishings from Morocco, Italy, and Spain.
